The main truth for me is whenever there is a problem that you cant work out. The majority of the time it was solved by a reboot.

I would like to add that the insanity rule doesnt work with IT. Where the definition of insanity is "you keep on trying the same thing and expect a different result".In IT I have rebooted a machine a few times and on the final try it fixed the problem ie change the result
