Google Search only showing all posts

When people are using google search to find information on this Blog its showing all posts. But if I was searching for something and hade to wade trough twenty posts to find something I would give up.

Personally if I cant find what I am looking for in the first five seconds I go to another search.

I have created a website that has a link to all posts in this Blog. hopefully once google indexes that website people will be able to find the information they want.

I dont think google has in fact indexed this site because my other blogs set and topposts are not in google.
